Vicky Grant


Vicky co-founded The Dragonfly Agency in 2011 after 10 years’ experience in direct marketing. She has built the business based on strong relationships with clients and suppliers both in the UK and internationally. Always smiling, Vicky loves nothing more than seeing positive results that are delivered quickly and effectively.

Isla Munro

Managing Director

Isla joined The Dragonfly Agency in June 2017 as Head of Client Services and was promoted to Managing Director in May 2018. She brings with her a wealth of marketing experience from her time in property, professional services and agency life. Isla is a glass half full character who loves planning strategy and working with her team to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.

Anthony Bagshaw


Anthony co-founded The Dragonfly Agency with Vicky in 2011. His strengths in data shaping, marketing systems and brand management have allowed Dragonfly to make huge strides in this area. Anthony is passionate about customer experience and how online marketing processes compliment the offline journey.

Clare Manson

Finance Director

Chartered Accountant Clare manages The Dragonfly Agency’s finance function with great enthusiasm and passion. Her skills in implementing and developing financial processes and controls are remarkable, especially through her in depth tax and VAT knowledge which has helped many clients save money on their campaign.

Cara Lawson

Head of Client Services

Cara brings strong customer service attributes to the Dragonfly team, and thrives in the busy project management environment. Her knowledge of print, creative, production and postage solutions is second to none and she is constantly developing ideas which add value for her clients. Cara knows the industry inside and out and uses her knowledge to streamline marketing journeys with Dragonfly.

Gary Hunter

Senior Account Manager

Gary is the latest addition to the Dragonfly Agency arriving in October 2019 as Senior Account Manager. He brings with him a wealth of print and design experience from his time working with various large print organisations. Gary always puts the customer at the heart of everything he does and loves nothing more than making the impossible possible.

Sally Maciver

Account Executive

An important link between our clients and the client services team, Sally assists with all aspects of running client marketing campaigns. A great communicator, Sally is full of energy and is committed to getting the job done efficiently.

Ellie McBeath

Account Executive

Ellie is a driven individual who has been with Dragonfly since September 2018. She is enthusiastic about finding creative solutions that generate astounding results.

Richard Wynne Cole

Graphic Designer

New to Edinburgh, Richard brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the Dragonfly team. With over eighteen years of agency and freelance experience in design, print and production, the lofty South African will be adding to and developing our creative offer.

Nicky Rowswell

Project Manager

Nicky passionately project manages Dragonfly’s legal and ethical integrity through the management of all compliance. A specialist in ISMS and ISO, she successfully helped the agency become ISO 27001 certified in 2016, and Cyber Essentials certified in 2018.

Chris Kiddy

Business Development Manager

Chris brings an enviable knowledge and unbridled passion to the Dragonfly team. He relishes a challenge and thrives off providing clients with innovation and excellent customer service to provide a consistent and engaging experience. His vast knowledge in print, product development, fulfilment and postal solutions is stellar and he is always proactively looking to improve himself, and the experience of his clients. Chris uses all of these tools in a personable and consultative manner to drive improved marketing solutions utilising the leading service portfolio that Dragonfly has to offer.
